Is everything pictured on your site available?
All inventories are real time. When a product goes out of stock a "Backorder" button will show up in place of the "Add to Cart" button. In addition, an estimated time of arrival may be posted. The timeframe denotes when we estimate the product to be back in stock. Until the product is back in stock and the "Add to Cart" button reposted, the item cannot be ordered. The Stock Alert service is available to inform you when an item may be back in stock for purchase. Basically, when a product is backordered, Spark33.com gives customers the option to receive email alerts when the item is back in stock. As we do not accept prepayments on backordered items, sign-up for the Stock Alert so that you can buy the item when it's back in stock!
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number, and you may continuously check the status through your account.
An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and reference number for your package. Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after the order has been placed.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through FedEx http://www.usp.com/using your reference number sent to you by email when your order has been shipped.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada only, but plan on
shipping worldwide in the near future.
