Is everything pictured on your site available?
All inventories are real time. When a product goes out of stock, you will be notified at checkout. Until the product is back in stock, the item cannot be ordered. Please contact us regarding product inquiries, we will do our best to special order backordered or special items for you.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number, and you may continuously check the status through your account.
An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and reference number for your package. Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after the order has been placed.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the ups or usps website depending on your selected method of shipment, which is noted along with your reference number sent to you by email when your order has been shipped.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada only, but plan on shipping worldwide in the near future.
