A Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Spark33.com must accompany all returns. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. If you are returning due to damage, defect, or an incorrect product, a prepaid return label will be provided. For your security, please ship your return with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. Spark33.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
To receive your RA number, please send us an RA Request, and we will contact you within 48 hours with an RA number.
After receiving your Return Authorization (RA) Number, write your RA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box and return the item in its original packaging to the address supplied with the RA Number.
